Delete a page or your account, export your data

Delete a page

1. On Pages, open the ⋯ menu on the page and choose Delete….
2. Confirm with Delete page.

The page and everything on it are deleted, likes included. This cannot be undone. If it was your home page, moime.app/your-name shows the list of your pages again. To remove one block and keep the page, use the block's ⋯ menu instead.

Download your data

1. Open Profile and scroll to Your account.
2. Press Download my data.

You get a ZIP file with your profile, all your pages and blocks, a list of your files, and every original file you uploaded. You can download it 3 times an hour.

Delete your account

1. Download your data first if you want a copy.
2. Open Profile and press Delete account at the bottom.
3. The dialog lists what will be deleted. Type your username to confirm, then press Delete account.

• Your profile, pages and files are deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device.
• It cannot be undone.
• Your username stays held for 30 days so nobody can take it straight away. After that anyone can claim it.
• While moime is invite-only, coming back needs a new invite.
• A paid plan is cancelled when the account is deleted, with no refund for the rest of the period. See Pro plan, billing and refunds.
• The privacy policy lists everything that is deleted.
