Privacy at moime

Your account and your content

moime stores your account identifier, profile, pages, uploaded files and subscription status to provide the service. Firebase handles sign-in. Your password is not stored by moime’s application server. Phone sign-in sends your number to Google for verification and spam and abuse prevention across Google services. We do not display it on your public profile.

What becomes public

Publishing makes the published version of your page and its referenced media available to visitors. Draft content stays private. Your profile details appear on published pages where you enable the profile. People may save or share content that you publish.

Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments and stores payment details. moime stores the customer and subscription identifiers and status needed to manage your plan.

Page activity and storage

We measure page views, link taps and promo-code copies. A random browser-session identifier helps avoid counting repeat activity. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in and allow you to preview your private uploads. We do not sell your personal information.

External videos

When you choose to play an embedded video, the external provider may receive your IP address and apply its own privacy and cookie policies. You can instead open the original link directly.

Email signup requests

If a creator enables an email signup form and you agree to receive updates, moime stores your email address, the collection, your request date and the consent wording privately for that creator. The creator can view, export and remove requests. Email ownership is not verified by this form, and moime does not send email campaigns automatically. A cancellation key is saved in your browser so you can cancel the request created there. Requests remain until cancelled, removed by the creator or the creator deletes their account. Copies already exported to an email provider are controlled by that creator and provider.

Your controls

You can edit your profile, unpublish pages, delete pages and remove unused files in the studio. You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Account & domain. Deletion removes your stored pages and media and immediately cancels your subscription. Your username is retired to protect your old links from impersonation. Payment records needed for accounting may remain with Stripe.
