Pro plan: upgrade, cancel, refunds

moime has a Free plan and a Pro plan. During the beta every account has Pro for free, and Profile says so under Plan. Paid plans start later. Until they do, nobody is charged.

Free and Pro

• Free: up to 3 pages. Sample pages do not count. Motion and card pages are included.
• Pro: up to 25 pages, your own domain when domains open, the option to turn off the "Make your own on moime" line at the bottom of your pages, and the stone, wood and metal designs.

What Pro costs

• $8 a month, or $72 a year. In yen, ¥1,200 a month or ¥9,800 a year, with consumption tax included.
• Beta members can get Pro yearly at a founding price of $48 a year, for as long as they stay subscribed.
• Once paid plans start, a 14-day Pro trial needs no card. It can be used once per account, and you go back to Free when it ends.

Upgrade

1. Open Profile and find Plan, or choose Your plan in the menu.
2. Press Upgrade or See the plans, and pick monthly or yearly.
3. Pay on the Stripe page that opens. moime never sees your full card number.

Cancel

1. Open Profile, find Plan and press Manage billing.
2. Cancel in the Stripe page that opens.

You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew. If you go back to Free, your pages stay. You cannot add new ones while you have more than 3.

Refunds

• We do not refund the part of a period that is left when you cancel.
• If we close an account for breaking the terms or the content rules, the plan ends and there is no refund.
• None of this takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
