Add and reorder content blocks

A page is a list of blocks. Each block is one thing: a piece of text, a set of photos, a video, a link. Changes to a block are saved to your draft. Visitors see them after you publish.

Add a block

1. Open the page and press Add block at the bottom. To add one in the middle of the page, use the + between two blocks.
2. Pick a type: Text, Photos, Video, Link, Music & more, Files, Promo code or Countdown. Or paste a web address into the box at the top. YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok and Instagram links become a Video block, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music and Google Maps links become a Music & more block, and any other link becomes a Link block.
3. Fill it in and press Save. Cancel throws away what you changed, and Undo and Redo step through your edits.

Change the order

• Drag a block by its grip, or press and hold on its preview and then drag.
• Or open the ⋯ menu on the block and choose Move up, Move down or Move to top. This works with a keyboard and a screen reader too.
• On a Cards page the same menu says Move earlier, Move later and Move to the start.
• The new order is saved as soon as you move a block.

Pin, duplicate and delete

• Pin to top keeps a block above the others. Pinned blocks stay first until you choose Unpin.
• Duplicate makes a copy right below the block.
• Delete… asks you to confirm, then removes the block. A deleted block cannot be brought back.

After you change a published page, the button at the top says Publish changes. Until you press it, visitors see the last version you published.
